Legal
Terms of Use
Effective from October 21, 2026.
1. Who we are
Talk to GOATs on talktogoats.com is provided by Innolex Corp. s.r.o., Budovcova 188/1, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 03885780, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 239427, VAT ID CZ03885780. Below, "we". Contact us at support@talktogoats.com.
By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. What the service is
Talk to GOATs is conversations with characters played by artificial intelligence. Each advisor is a fictional character inspired by the public legacy of a famous person.
We are not affiliated with these people, their heirs or rights holders, and they have not endorsed the service. The answers are written by AI. They are not the words or opinions of real people.
3. Not professional advice
The advisors' answers are for inspiration and entertainment. They are not legal, medical, financial, psychological or any other professional advice.
AI can be wrong, including about facts, numbers and dates. You make your own decisions. For important matters, talk to a professional. If you feel unwell or are in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US). If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 in the US. When a message mentions suicide or self-harm, the advisors step out of character, do not continue the topic and show where to get help: see Crisis help (talktogoats.com/safety).
4. Age
The service is only for people aged 18 and over. By signing up or subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18.
5. Account
Without an account we may show you the start of one legend's answer to one question a day. To keep asking questions you need an account: sign in with email and password or with Google. If you subscribe without signing in, an account is created automatically for the email you entered at checkout, and a sign-in link is sent to that email. You are responsible for access to your account and for what happens in it.
6. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans: Easy Start and Yearly. Easy Start: the first 3 days for $0.99, then $9.99 a month. Yearly: $89.99 a year. Questions: up to 20 during the 3-day trial, then 200 a month on both plans. Both plans have the same features; only the term and price differ. If you subscribed earlier to Council, Dynasty or Legend, your plan stays as it was. In your account they are now called Weekly, Easy Start and Yearly; Weekly has 100 questions a week.
- Easy Start: after 3 days the subscription renews automatically at $9.99 a month, every month until you cancel it. Before you pay, we show the date and amount of the first charge and ask you to agree to the automatic renewal with a separate checkbox. We email you a day before the first charge. If you cancel before the 3 days are over, the $9.99 is not charged and access stays until the end of the trial. The trial is for new customers only: if you have subscribed before, Easy Start costs $9.99 a month from the start.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each term at the plan's price until you cancel it.
- Yearly: before you pay, you agree to the automatic renewal with a separate checkbox. We email you 30 days before each renewal with the date and amount of the charge.
- The question limit resets every month, and every 7 days on the old Weekly plan. Unused questions do not carry over. "Let them argue" uses one question; "Summary" does not.
- Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fee.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Only Stripe sees your card details; we never receive or store them.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time with the "Manage subscription" button in your account or on the plans page. After you cancel there are no further charges, and access stays until the end of the paid term.
8. Refunds
- There is no money-back guarantee. Payments for a term that has already started are usually not refunded. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.
- You have 14 days from payment to withdraw from the subscription without giving a reason. By paying, you ask us to start right away, so if you withdraw we refund the payment minus the days you have already used. An email to support@talktogoats.com is enough, for example: "I withdraw from my Talk to GOATs subscription. Account email: …, payment date: …".
- If the service did not work through our fault, write to us. We will refund that time or extend your subscription.
- To ask for a refund, write to support@talktogoats.com from the email your account uses. We reply within 14 days.
9. Rules
You may not:
- use the service for anything illegal or to harm other people;
- send automated mass requests, get around the limits or disrupt the service;
- present AI answers as the real words of real people.
If you break these rules we may suspend your account, and close it for serious breaches.
11. Rights to content
You may use and share the answers you received. If you publish them, do not present them as the words of real people.
The Talk to GOATs name, design and code belong to us. Famous people's names are used only to name the characters.
12. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot promise that.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on AI answers or for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
13. Deleting your account
You can delete your account with the "Delete account" button in your account or by writing to support@talktogoats.com. Your sittings, council memory and profile are deleted with it.
If your subscription is active, we cancel it and access ends immediately. The remaining days are not refunded except in the cases in section 8.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes on the site or by email at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the rights your local laws give you. With any issue, write to us first: most things are solved by email.
A dispute with a consumer can also be settled out of court. In the Czech Republic, such disputes are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce): adr.coi.cz.
